For Businesses: Our platform provides access to a curated pool of verified talent, AI-powered matching tools, streamlined hiring processes, and comprehensive project management capabilities. Businesses only pay once a hire is made, through a simple pricing model of $149/month per hired talent.
For Talents: We offer opportunities to connect with quality businesses, showcase professional skills and experience, and build sustainable remote work relationships while receiving 100% of contracted pay with no deductions.
2. User Registration and Verification
Account Creation
All users must create accounts with accurate, current, and complete information. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
Age Requirements
All users must be at least 18 years old to use the KeepWorkin platform. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Verification Process

- AI Contract Template Generator - Users can generate contract templates for job offers by specifying a position. The system generates a pre-structured contract with placeholders (e.g., talent name, salary, hours, timezone) to be filled in manually or through platform data.
- AI-Powered Talent Matching - Businesses can input desired qualifications (skills, experience, education, location, etc.), and the platform recommends a list of talents, ranked by AI-generated match percentage. 5. Contract Management and Agreements

AI Contract Template Generation
AI-generated contract templates are provided as starting documents and do not constitute legal advice. Users are strongly advised to have all contracts reviewed by qualified legal professionals before execution. Businesses and talents remain fully responsible for ensuring their contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Contract Modifications and Termination
Either party may request contract modifications through our platform. All modifications must be agreed upon by both parties and properly documented. Contracts can be terminated according to the terms specified in the agreement.
6. Payment Processing and Service Fees
Business Fees
Businesses are charged a flat fee of $149 per month per active hire. This fee becomes applicable once a business successfully hires a talent through the platform and remains active for the duration of the engagement.
Talent Compensation
Talents receive 100% of their agreed hourly pay, with no service fee or deductions applied by KeepWorkin.
Coworking Space Integration
If a business opts to provide coworking space access to their hired talent, additional coworking charges will apply depending on the chosen partner workspace. These charges are separate from the monthly hire fee.
Payment Security
Payments are securely processed using third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not store sensitive payment details on our servers. All financial transactions are encrypted and processed according to industry security standards.
7. Time Tracking and Work Management
All work must be tracked through our integrated time tracking system to ensure accurate payment processing and project management. Time logs must be submitted regularly and approved by the relevant business contact.

8. User Responsibilities and Conduct
Professional Standards

Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that violates platform policies or applicable laws. Misuse of the platform or violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the KeepWorkin platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
